He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Garber and Owen Garber. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his sons, Owen (Jodi), Wesley (Kristia), Jared and Derek (Rachel); his grandchildren, Brody, Reilly, Otto and Summer; and his sister Nancy Ziembo (Charles).
