She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Carl Lovendale; her parents, Gladys Strachan and William Strachan; her grandparents, William and Amelia Strachan; her children, Carl (Shirley Lovendale), Ruth (Wayne Lovell) and Karen (John Madden); and her granddaughter Dorothy Larsen. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
