Clarence A. Whitney Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Clarence A. Whitney of Plymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 94, on November 10, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Whitney and Clarence Whitney; his son Laurence; his brother Russ Whitney of Cohasset, MA.; and his wife Pauline E. Whitney.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Meehan (Bob) of Whitman, Ronald (Gayle) of East Bridgewater, Edward (Beverly) of Halifax and Dana (Heather) of North Attleboro; his sister Ginny Fletcher; and also Clarence. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Meadowbrook Restaurant (1486 Main St, Hanson, MA 02341). Clarence's wife, Pauline, predeceased him during the 2020 Covid restrictions so the family will hold a Celebration of Life in memory of both Clarence and Pauline on Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Meadowbrook Restaurant at 1486 Main Street Hanson from 5 p. m. till 9 p. m.
In lieu of flowers please consider Clarence and Paula's favorite organizations which were the Shriner's Hospital and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
