We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2023, at the age of 73, Charlotte A. Fultz of Plymouth, Massachusetts, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sibling Tempee Warmack, Jr.; and her parents, Tempee F. Warmack and Theresa Warmack (Burke). She is survived by: her husband Donald P. Fultz; her children, Dianna Smith (Sean) of Weymouth and Jen Fultz of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Sara Mahan (Dominic Lopez) and Douglas Mahan; her siblings, Yvonne Coates, Deborah Zarick (Fred) of Norwell, Denise Warmack and Lenny Warmack; her nieces and nephews, Tesa Warmack-Hartwell, Allison Stack of Weymouth, Jenna Sammartino of Scituate, Sean Coates and Amanda Ford-Harvey; and her pets, Rocky, Ted and Ginger.
