He was predeceased by: his parents, Hermenegild D'Souza and Rose D'Souza; his wife Sally Larson; and his sister Margaret. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Van Rol, Francis D'Souza and Joseph D'Souza; his children, Dodie (Paul Bellavance), Matthew (Sarah) and Andrew (Caitlin); and his grandchildren, Sadie, Margaret, Grace, Wolfe, Leo and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
