He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. MacDonald and Jeanne F. MacDonald (Nocera); and his brother Robert MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Susan MacDonald (Millerick); his children, Owen MacDonald (Jenna) of Putnam, CT, Elizabeth MacDonald (Bizzy) of Plymouth, MA and Jonathan Blake (Heather); his sisters, Dianne MacDonald of Centerville, MA and Christine Bates (Harold) of New Ipswich, NH; and his sister-in-law Debbie MacDonald of Leominster, MA..
