It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Atherton of Plum Island, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Atherton and Helen Atherton (Kuechle); his father-in-law Edward Jancewicz; and his former wife Betty Atherton (Abbott). He is survived by: his wife Karen (Jancewicz); and his mother-in-law Mabel Jancewicz. He is also survived by numerous sisters and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and so many great friends.
