Andrea J. McCartney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2025, Andrea J. McCartney of Plum Island, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Andrea shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Andrea farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father J. Duncan Black. She is survived by: her daughter Alison Tames; her mother Elizabeth L. Black of Exeter, NH; her son-in-law Matthew Tames of Exeter, NH; and her siblings, Elizabeth T. Black (Keith Gillette) of Boston, MA, J. Duncan Black, Jr. (Debra Black) of Kennebunkport, ME and Thomas (Diane Black) of Methuen, MA. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (196 Main St, North Andover, MA 01845).
