He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Costello and Mary L. Costello (Shields). He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Costello of Estero, FL, Larry Costello (Carolann) of West Roxbury, Maryann Costello of Milford and Richard Costello (Millie) of Norfolk; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Kerri, Thomas, Edward, Matthew Costello and Cody Skully. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
