She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jr. Cahill and Julia Cahill (Lanze); and her brother William E. Cahill. She is survived by: her brothers, Charles F. Cahill of Plainville, John A. Cahill (Angela) of Leominster, David Cahill of West Roxbury and Joseph Cahill (Cathryn) of North Attleborough. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
