He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores "Del" Lorraine Palumbo (Bernard); his parents, John Palumbo and Bridgette Palumbo (Armenti); and his siblings, Jean Norrell, Joseph Palumbo, Julia Favale and Yolanda Cirelli.
He is survived by: his children, John Michael Palumbo of Ormond Beach and Dawn Jean Loney of Plainville, MA; and his grandchildren, Courtney Blacker (Andrew Blacker) and Nicole Loney (Alex White). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
