He was predeceased by: his parents, Merwyn Howard and Mary Lillian Howard (Schiermeyer). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Howard (Carr); his child Meredith Howard of Fort Worth, Texas.; and his sisters, Julia Helvey of Co and Jean Berg of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
