She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles P. McLaughlin and Catherine I. McLaughlin (Turner); and her siblings, Charles McLaughlin (Ann), Edward McLaughlin, Eleanor Pow (Jack) and Kathleen Shire (Edward).
She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Endruschat; her children, Holly Endruschat, Jean Loughlin, Richard K Endruschat (Cheryl) and John Endruschat (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Chelsea Loughlin, Brian Loughlin (Kristi Pedro), Alexi Endruschat, Alex Endruschat and Andrew Endruschat; her sister Margaret Campbell; her grandchildren, Cameron Flower, Timothy Brennick, Jordan Pedro and Michael Baccari (Haley); and her great grandchildren, Lennox and Hendrix Baccati. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
