He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen P. (Hourihan) and Edward J. Downey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pamela L. "Pam" Downey (Fantasia); his daughter Michaela R. Downey of Plainville; his siblings, Susan P. Downey (Loretta Butehorn) of Provincetown, John B. Downey (late Kathleen) of Quincy, Rosemary J. Downey and Kathleen Downey Ingley (late Paul); his niece Erin Moran (John); and his great-nephew Jacob Moran of Quincy.
