She is survived by: her parents, Gregg N. Collins and Lauren J. Collins (Funk) of Plainville; her son Hayden M. Lee; her brothers, Justin Auld of Worcester and Aaron Auld of Worcester; and also Matthew Lee. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
