He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald R. Burnell. He is survived by: his wife Christine Burnell (Kathan); his children, Lisa R. Burnell and Christopher J. Burnell; his stepchildren, Brandon J. LeBeau and Fallon E. DiPietro of Pittsfield; and his brother Daniel J. Burnell of Pittsfield. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
