He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Godfrey and Blanche Godfrey (Connors); his wife Jane Barbara Callaghan; and his sister Patricia Lukas (Godfrey). He is survived by: his grandchild Leslie; his sons, William A. Godfrey III (Christine), NJ, Patrick A. Godfrey (Linda) and Mark E. Godfrey (Linda); his grandchild Kerry Godfrey Scroggins (Willy); his son Leslie Godfrey Schutte (Scott); his grandchildren, Conor, Sara, Taylor and Ryan; his great grandchild Cason; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth and Joanne Callaghan (Duff).
Since May this year, Bill has been happily living in Princeton, NJ with his son, William and his family while quarantining during the pandemic.
