He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazel Gilbert and Leo Gilbert; his sisters, Janet and Carol; his wife Claudia Gilbert; his children, Delrita Fryer (Ryan) and Tom Gilbert (Shauna); his grandchildren, Hazel and Leo; his sister-in-law Doris Maguire of Pittsfield; his niece Cathy Fulks (Andrew); and his nephews, Andy Maguire of Pittsfield and Jason Maguire of Pittsfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to The Jimmy Fund in care of the funeral home.
