She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. McGinn and Margret McGinn (Pyne); her husband James W. Collins; and her son Michael J. Collins. She is survived by: her children, James W., Jr. (Mary) of Cary, N. C., Robert C. of Natick, MA, Cathleen M. of Natick and Naureen E. of North Adams; and her sisters, Alice O'Connell and Madeleine Goodney. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
