He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Shepard and Ella Shepard (Crowley); his aunt Patricia (Bill O'Leary); his grandfather Poppy; his pets, Shep and Bandit; his children, Thomas H. Shepard Jr. (Becky) of Pittsfield, Christopher T. Shepard (Tracy) of Pittsfield, Teresa M. Shepard (Lisa LaFlamme) of Holyoke and Sarah E. Miller (Timothy) of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Julie, Timothy, Alyssa (Larry), Michael, Norah and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Landon, Clark, Robert, Lucy and Jack; his sister-in-law Ellen Newton; his wife Ellen Marie Shepard (Newton); his son Timothy M. Shepard; his siblings, Robert and Barbara Shepard; and his brother-in-law Ted Newton.
