He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine LaClair Williams and Herbert Hayes; and his stepfather James Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hayes (Gage); his children, Thomas Hayes Jr., Edward Hayes and Laurie Hayes; and his brother-in-law Elmer Gage (Theresa). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
