She was predeceased by: her parents, William Slonski and Jessie Pekosz Slonski; her husband Robert A. Petell; and her brothers, William Slonski, Jr. and Edward Slonski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin A. Petell (Manny Silveira) of Berkshire, Tina M. Wood (Richard) of Pittsfield and Lisa B. Duda (Jonathan) of Lanesboro; her grandchildren, Heather, Makayla and Nicholas Duda; and her sisters, Frances Smith (Paul) of Pittsfield and Mary Ann Slonski Harrington.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter in care of the funeral home.
