She was predeceased by: her parents, Sue Zuehlke and Burns Blair; and her grandfather Blair. She is survived by: her children, Asia Roberts (Ryan) and Henry Rojas (Lauren); her grandchildren, Deakan, Darrius, Jesse Jr., Isabell, Maddicyn and Harmonii; and her brother Timothy Blair.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tammy's memory may be made to "NAMI of Berkshire County" to help to help people and families in our community that are affected by mental illness improve their lives through education, support, and advocacy.
