She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Florence (Meyer) and Mark Florence; her husband Dale; her children, Brittany and Sydney; and her sister Ingrid Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jimmy Fund of Berkshire County, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute or to the Marians of the Immaculate Conception, care of the Dwyer Funeral Home in her memory.
