She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Koldys and Teofila Koldys; her daughter Theresa Marie; and her siblings, Virginia M. Koldys, Cecelia K. Rainka (Henry), Raymond J. Koldys (Jean) and Francis E. Koldys (Rita).
She is survived by: her godchildren, Geri Porter, Gail Sellers, Nancy Balestro, Stanley Rainka and Raymond Koldys; and her sister-in-law Jessie Hospod. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
The family asks those attending the service to please wear a mask.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to HospiceCare in the Berkshires or St. Joseph's Church, in care of the funeral home.
