He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Rocco Errichetto, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Leon L. Phelps and Dorothy DeSantis Phelps; his brother David E. Phelps; his spouse Deborah Ann Errichetto; his mother-in-law Madeline Errichetto; and his siblings-in-law, Madeline Phelps, Jody Errichetto, Rocco Errichetto and Lori Cooke. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
