It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Lawrence Bakacs (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Gail Bakacs (Brown) of Sudbury, MA; his foster parents, Robert, Kathleen Walker, Wingdale, Paul and Florence Oths; and his siblings, Ted (Joanne) of Winthrop, MA, Lou (Chris) of Millstone, NJ, Paul (Erma) of Vacaville, CA and Elizabeth (Mene) of Takoma Park, MD.. He is also survived by his many foster siblings, along with a multitude of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
