It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Simone Gaunt of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lionel Normand and Loretta LaPlante Normand; her husband James Gaunt of Pittsfield; her daughters, Monique Mullaney-Senecal (Paul) of Adamstown, MD, AnnMarie Cairns (Jacob) of Pittsfield and Christine Cronze of Pittsfield; her sister Pauline Fitzgerald of Springfield; her grandsons, Christopher Cripps, Thomas Mullaney, James Mullaney and Sebastian Cronze; and her brother William Normand.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Elder Services or HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of the funeral home.
