She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Burke and Charlotte Wigglesworth Peel; her husband Bernie; and her brothers, Edward and John "Jack" Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Charles B. Murphy (Kathy) and Colleen Rufo (Darren) of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Ashley Rufo, Nicholas Rufo, Tyler, Brett and Nathan Murphy; and her aunt Pat Wigglesworth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sheila's memory may be made payable to "Friends of Renal Dialysis – FORD" and sent to the funeral home at 40 Maplewood Ave. Pittsfield, MA 01201.
