He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Tierney, (Carmel) and Robert A. Tierney, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Tierney (Mazzeo); his children, Meagan Gemborys (Brian), Jessica Austin (Timothy) and Brian Tierney (Heather); his siblings, Robert Tierney, Jr. (Jody), Elizabeth Shepard (Thomas), Timothy Tierney (Christine) and Daniel Tierney; and his brother-in-law Mark Mazzeo (Stacy).
