She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Yon and Madelaine Enright Yon; and her brother Gerald Yon (Jay). She is survived by: her husband Douglas Pires; her children, Mitchell Pires (Amy) of Lenox, MA and Melissa DiMassimo (Tony) of Hancock, MA; her grandchildren, Michael, Luke, Sadi, Emma Pires, Isla and Kayleigh DiMassimo; her siblings, Sandy Kearns (Tim) and Terry Yon (Debby); and her sister-in-law Judy Yon. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and a wonderful group of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to HospiceCare in the Berkshires.
