With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Stevens of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on April 25, 2022 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sara Stevens to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Haley and Mildred Kellogg Haley; and her sisters, Joan Sheldon and Mary Hensel. She is survived by: her husband William Stevens; her children, Mary Teresa Barnhart (George), William Stevens, Jr. (Lisa), Christopher Stevens (Stephanie) and Joseph Stevens; her grandchildren, Beven-George Barnhart, Patric Barnhart, Shannon Stevens, Nicholas Stevens, Haley Stevens, Grace Stevens, Sadie Stevens and Benjamin Stevens; and her siblings, Frances Feldsine and Joseph Haley (Anne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sara's memory can be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice, in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home.
