She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Collins and Ethel J. Howland Collins; her husband Leland "Buster" Brown; and her caregivers, Frank and Ginger Vahle.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wellington Family Funeral Home - Pittsfield (220 East St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home (220 East St, Pittsfield, MA 01201).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory can be made to Shriners Children's New England or the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home.
