He is survived by: his wife Maureen Baczek of Pittsfield; his children, Michael Baczek (Justine) of Los Angeles, CA, Jason Baczek of Denver, CO. and Jessica Baczek (Matthew Sprauge) of Pittsfield; his siblings, Charles Baczek (Linda), James Baczek (Patti) of Dalton and Janice Baczek of Dalton, MA.; and his grandsons, John, Jase Sprague, Calvin and Felix Baczek.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of Dery Funeral Home.
