He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Hanley and Charles C. Bryer; his sister June (Benjamin Kelly); his nephew John Kelly; and his niece Anna Rhoades.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Hanley (Wright); his children, Roger T. Hanley, Cynthia Hanley, Virginia Ruark (Gregory) and Beverlee Wilkes (Richard); his grandchildren, Casey Ruark-Seward and Garrett Ruark; his great grandchild Ronan Ruark; and his nieces, Nancy Milner and Patty Cordle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to "HospiceCare in the Berkshires" and mailed to the funeral home at 40 Maplewood Ave. Pittsfield, MA 01201.
