He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blais and Phyllis DeAngelis Blais. He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Smith (Jamel); his granddaughters, Karmella and Vaeda; his sister Debbie Ortega; his nephews, Shane and Dante; his niece Adrianna; and his friend Donna Rotondo.
