He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Emma Smith. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Andrew and Ellen Schneider (George); and his grandchildren, David (Jess) and Katie (Mike). He is also survived by two great granddaughters; nieces and nephew.
