He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kudlate and Ruth White Kudlate; and his brothers, Richard and Ralph Kudlate. He is survived by: his husband Richard Anderson; his sister Robin Durso (Pete); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Kyle, Brandon and Renee.
