He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bramley and Dorothy Bramley; and his brother Neil Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Boland; his children, Robert E. Andrews III (Shelley), Diane Castro (Washington), Patricia Schilling and Lori Hinckley (Dave); and his brothers, Joseph, Lawrence, Paul and Bruce. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
