He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Cancilla and Anna Finelli Cancilla; his sister Elaine Orbach; and his grandson Joseph Harrington. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cancilla of Pittsfield; his children, Jacqueline Harrington (Joseph) of Richmond, Patricia Lynch (David) of Pittsfield, David Cancilla (Mary) of Lanesborough and Paul Cancilla (Kimberly) of Lanesborough; his sister Rita Hubbard of Pittsfield; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Matthew, Austin, Jennifer, Gabrielle, Patrick and Landen.
