He is survived by: his mother Sharon "Sherry" Ciepiela; his stepfather Stephen "Steve" Ciepiela; his father Richard "Rick'Lewis; his children, Noah Lewis, Jasmyn Lewis, Austin Pettibone and Mackenzie Pettibone; his siblings, Regina "Gina" Lewis, Alicia Lewis, Janet Lewis, Paul Lewis, David Lewis, Ben Lewis, Katie-Lynne Powers and John Powers; his grandchildren, Summer, Novellah and Colton; his nieces and nephews, Taneya, Jada, Alexis, Talia, Aliyah, Skylar, Donovan, Justice, Anthony, Kain and Kayden; and his uncle Carey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Salvation Army (298 West St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
