He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Desautels and Juliette Zanetti Desautels; and his son Darren Desautels. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Desautels of Pittsfield; his daughter Brittany L. Desautels-Scott (Austin) of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Hunter and Hadley Desautels; his daughter-in-law Amanda Desautels of Dalton; and his sister Pamela Desautels Walak (David) of Dalton.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made in his name to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
