He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Delphia and Ellen Tubbs Delphia; his stepmother Myrtle Delphia; and his siblings, Bernice Desrosiers, Harold and Moses Delphia.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughters, Anne Barber (Gene) and Jean Delphia-Wolfe; his daughter-in-law Jessie Lyn; his daughter Mary Hoover; his grandchildren, Brian, Norah Barber, Cassandra, Dominique Mitchell, Alexandra and Samantha Hoover; his great grandchildren, Ka'Zahni, Knoxx Daniels, Kamaree Gibson, Neo Lopez and Bryce Pratt; and his siblings, Ellen O'Conner, Joseph Collias, Paul and William Delphia.
