He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis Rodes Jacoby; his children, Adam Jacoby (Jennifer) and Jodi Jacoby Knight; his grandchildren, Ella Knight, Naomi Knight, Abigail Knight, Jordin Jacoby, Jacoby "Jake" Knight and Clara Jacoby; and his brothers, Matthew Jacoby (Arline) and Christopher Jacoby (Paula). He is also survived by his nieces and nephew and great-nieces and great-nephew.
