With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Constantino (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 15, 2018 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Constantino of Pittsfield; his mother Lucille Constantino of Bartonsville, PA; his aunt Mary Jane Culotta of Bartonsville, PA; his stepsons, Connor Craw and Cole Hodgkins; his parent-in-law Rick Campbell of Oak Island, NC.; and also Jeannie Campbell of Oak Island, NC..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Wahconah or Pittsfield High School Boosters.
