He is survived by: his mother MaryAnn Coles Simmons, Sr.; his children, Molly (Zack), Haley and Keegan; his siblings, Kelly DeVarennes Hebler (Charles) and Craig (Rachel Tarnauskas); his cousin Corey Heath (Kate); his fiancée Donna Daly Keen; and his nephews, Jed and Alex.
