He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. S. Peter Nikitas and Calleen Nikitas; and his brother Dean Nikitas. He is survived by: his friend Tennista John Bell; his daughter Tatiana Nikitas Saunders (West Saunders); his grandchildren, Rylee and Owen Saunders; his brother Steven Nikitas; his cousin Stephanie Lemnios (Zach Lemnios); and his aunt Sophia Scutakes.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Berkshire Hills Tennis Association in care of the funeral home.
