Peter A. Meunier Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter A. Meunier (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland G. Meunier and Claire C. Bradley Meunier; his son Tim; and his siblings, Paul, George, Claire (Walt), Ann and Ellen.

He is survived by: his wife Betsy Holmes; his son Joshua; his caregiver Betsy; his siblings, James Meunier of Mechanicville, VA., John K. Meunier of Liverpool, NY., Mark Meunier (Christine) of Dalton, Margaret McMahon (Martyn) of Richmond, Mary Lou Burdick (Barry) of Cheshire and Catherine Grady (Michael Cooney) of Dalton; his sister-in-law MaryEllen Meunier; his close friend Rudy Pfeiler; his siblings-in-law, Sue Ellen Holmes, Richard and Rosemary Draper (John); and his friends, Mike Auger, John, Karen Grady and Artie Cole.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mr. Meunier may be made to the Dalton Fire Department where Pete served for several years or to the Hinsdale Fire Department, both in care of Dery-Foley Funeral Home, 890 E. Main St, Dalton, MA 01226.
