He was predeceased by: his father Peter J Tierney; his brother-in-law Peter D. Foote Jr.; and his grandparents, Peter W., Judith Drennan Tierney, Edward J. and Sadie Nestor Farrell.
He is survived by: his mother Frances Farrell Tierney; his wife Joanne; his son Liam Tierney; his siblings, Jacqueline Foote, Christopher Tierney (Kathy) and Patrick Tierney (Heather); his stepchildren, Briana Paradise (Jeff) and Ashley Paradise (Alfonso); his grandchildren, Averin and Sariana; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle, Kristopher Magargal, Shane Tierney, Michaela Foote, Molly, Sadie and Tessie Tierney. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Berkshire Humane Society or the Jimmy Fund of Berkshire County, in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home.
