Whitman (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 3, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Perry A. and Ruth G. Whitman; his wife Jennie G. Gardiner; his daughters, Barbara Coon (Bobbie) of Pittsfield and Linda Rash (David) of Hancock; his grandchildren, Raymond Boehm (Nancy) of St, Edward Boehm of Pittsfield, MA, Perry Rash (Rebecca) and Connie Chase (Anthony) of Hancock, MA.; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Chloe Boehm, Kienan Knight-Boehm, Hannah, Samuel Chase and Jacob Rash; and his brother Donald Whitman of Hancock.
